Is Your Business Website Mobile Compatible?

Are Your Reaching Your Customers Effectively?

Websites should be easy to navigate.  It's one of the most basic principles of web design.  When potential customers search for something they want or need on the internet, they expect to find it easily regardless of the type of device they are using.   It's too bad that far too often, businesses are making it difficult for people to find the products or services they need, because of poor web design.  Often times it's simply that their websites have become obsolete.  As recently as five or six years ago, websites were still designed primarily for desktop computers.  Within that time span and actually for at least a decade now, mobile devices have replaced computers as the primary source for web searches.  More than 85% of web searches are conducted on mobile devices.  I Phones and Android devices are the dominate web search tools for finding products and services.

That's why it is critical for businesses to move away from their decades old websites to one that was designed specifically to respond to this change in how consumers search now for what they need and want.  Websites that were created more than 5 or 6 years ago, that were designed for computer searches, display text and graphics merely by shrinking down a computer display to the size of a mobile phone screen.  No one can read the text or make out the graphics when that occurs.  It's frustrating to the consumer, forcing them to try to manipulate the display on their phone to read the text.  Most people aren't even willing to do that.  They merely look for a better website.  One that uses responsive design principles.  Most people don't have time to fool around with the archaic websites they encounter.  Those businesses lose potential clients daily, because they fail to recognize the significance of providing their audience a functional, legible and easy to navigate website.

If your website is more than 5 years old it's very likely that your website is among those that are frustrating potential clients.  Especially if it wasn't designed to respond to the many types of displays that people use today to search the internet for goods and services.  Websites must be designed to be easy to navigate and read, regardless whether they are being viewed on a mobile device, tablet or computer.  Our creative team at Community Advertising LLC builds state-of-the-art responsive websites for our clients.  We make sure that your customers and your potential customers, can easily navigate and read your website, so they can quickly find the products and services you offer.  We know that if we can keep them happy, we can keep you happy!

Every business is unique. Take advantage of the unique qualities of your business and how those qualities benefit your customers, to begin a successful Social Media Ad Campaign. One way that your small business benefits your customers is it's close proximity to them or if you provide a service in their home, your ability to travel to them. Whether your business is in a small town or a big city, in a suburb or in the country, you can effectively target the area you want to reach using Facebook's geographic targeting features. If your business has a fixed location that your customers must travel to, you'll want to target your city or town of course and the towns or cities that surround your town. Your Facebook ad will only reach those people who live in the targeted locations you specify. That area might be much larger if you travel to your customers' homes, providing a service such as painting or lawncare. When choosing the locations you want to target, you have the option of choosing a radius surrounding those locations. You can select any number between 10 to 50 miles. If you use the radius option, keep in mind that you will likely gain followers or generate interest or leads from people living in other nearby communities, not just the specific locations you have chosen . If you don't want to go outside of a selected town, you have the option of choosing Facebook members who only live within that specific town or city. Scroll upwards in the dropdown box to choose that option. Keep these tips in mind as you plan and implement your next Facebook Ad Campaign, or contact Community Advertising to provide that service for you. We'll bring life to your Facebook page, engage your customers and help you build sales.

If you are a small business owner, whether your business is an established business or a new one, it's helpful to recognize and remember that you are doing your very best. You probably work very long hours, managing all aspects of your business, just as I do. It's also important to realize that when it comes to the realm of digital advertising and promotion, that it's a constantly changing landscape. Keeping on top of the latest innovations in Social Media and Digital Marketing is a continual challenge even for a digital marketing agency, let alone for the local plumber, baker or restaurant owner. The question then is how can the average business owner take advantage of the latest improvements and innovations, or whether those new strategies are even right for their business? Community Advertising LLC is committed to the success of all of our clients. We continually study the latest trends in digital marketing, so we can keep our Clients informed of their options. We know that what may work for one type of business, may not be the best digital marketing strategy for another type of business. We want to see every business we work with succeed, because we see their success as ours. As such, when you meet with us, we'll spend a lot of time finding out as much about your business as possible. We'll want to know what your key issues, problems and concerns are so we can determine whether we can offer you the solutions you'll need to overcome those challenges to grow your business. At the end of our meeting, if we can make a positive difference for your business, we'll share the ways we can help, simply explaining how we can help you address each problem. That way you'll know your options, so you can decide the next steps. If we determine we're not able to provide you the best possible solutions to your needs, we'll tell you that too, and suggest who might be able to help. Community Advertising LLC is committed to the success of all of our clients. If you'd like to schedule a meeting, give us a call or message us today!
